Do the vehicles have a warranty?

Yes, all our vehicles come with the full UK manufacturer warranty.

Do the figures include the new first year road tax?

All of our vehicles come taxed for 12 months, this will include tax, registration fee and also additional cost of first year's road tax for bigger vehicles, and on Contract Hire vehicles your tax is included for the length of the contract.

Is maintenance included?

Maintenance is not included as standard but we can tailor your package to include servicing, maintenance and even the cost of replacing worn tyres.

Park Vehicles offers so many makes and models of vehicles, where are your cars sourced from, and do you import any vehicles?

All of our vehicles are sourced through franchised main dealers. They are all genuine UK vehicles and never imported. Instead, we draw on our vast network of nation-wide contacts to find the vehicle you want, together with a tailored funding package.

Can I put a personalised registration number on my car?

Absolutely, the procedure can be slightly different depending on your chosen contract type but we will guide you through the whole process and in most cases will arrange to have your plate on the vehicle when it’s delivered.

What are my options at the end of the contract?

This depends on the type of contract taken. Most of our customers choose a solution that allows them to hand the car back at the end of the contract to protect against depreciation, such as contract hire, but we are happy to discuss the type of contact that works best for your business.

What is the initial deposit?

Generally all of our offers will include an initial rental or deposit. This is usually expressed as 3 or 6 payments but can be tailored to suite your businesses cash flow requirements.

Most of your offers are based on 10,000 miles per annum, how can I increase this limit?

Most vehicle funder’s base advertised rentals on this figure so you can compare offers on a like for like basis. We are happy to quote on not only higher mileage contracts but also lower mileages too.

Is car insurance included in the lease?

The lease contract does not include insurance; you have to arrange your own fully comprehensive insurance on the vehicle.

My offices are not local to you, how do I arrange to get the car to me?

We will deliver the car to most UK addresses at no extra cost. The only exceptions are out-lying areas such as Ireland and the Scottish Highlands. If you are unsure please contact us for more details on delivery to your location. If you are local but require the car to be delivered to a member of staff based elsewhere, this can be arranged.

What if I exceed the agreed mileage on the contract?

Any mileage over the contract is charged at the excess mileage rate charged in pence per mile. As an example if the excess was 5 pence per mile then for 1000 miles over contract you would be charged £50.

I’m not completely happy to buy a car from an Internet dealer because of some the stories reported in the media. Do you offer alternatives?

Absolutely, we are more than happy to discuss your requirements over the telephone or in person at our offices in Tamworth. We will even pay for the call: send your contact details through to us via the "Call me back" section of this site with a preferred time, and we will call you to discuss it at your leisure.

What happens if I need road side assistance with my vehicle?

All of our vehicles have roadside assistance for a minimum period of 12 months which is included as part of the manufacturer's warranty. Many manufacturers’ now include 36 months cover, however, for those with only 12 months the second and third year can normally be added for a small additional fee.
